Our Deluxe LED Flameless Pillar flameless taper candles are designed to bring a serene and elegant atmosphere to your surroundings, without the need for open flames or messy wax. Powered by AAA batteries (not included), the key to their realistic appearance is the fact they have a wax exterior complemented with a liquid resin pool at the base of the flame. People really think they are real when they see them in the shop!

We love the sophisticated burgundy red colour of these tapers. Named after the Bourgogne region of France, we think it's because they are the colour of a fine Pinot Noir. I think we love them even more now!

The realistic look of these candles makes them a standout choice, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that closely resembles traditional candles. Unlike regular candles, our LED flameless pillars are completely safe, making them perfect for households with children and pets, as there are no fire hazards or drips to worry about.

Tapers are sold as a pair of two in each box. These candles takes 2 AAA batteries (not included).

I’m pleased however as I removed one tealight out of the box the wax like covering the tea light was in pieces which was a disappointment!

Thanks so much for your review and I wish you had gotten in touch with us directly! The tea lights do have a wax coating on them - that's part of what makes them so realistic - and that can sometimes get cracked during shipping during the very cold seasons. When that happens we're happy to replace them and so will be sending you a new set of tealights right away.

These candles are very realistic. The only disappointment is that you must buy the remote separately; which in my opinion should be included with them. Otherwise I’m very pleased to be able to keep my cats safe and still feel the ambience of the candles.
