Description
William Trost Richards (1833 - 1905) was an American landscape artist and considered to be a pre-eminent figure in the Hudson River School in the nineteen century. While his works are almost exclusively marine watercolours, this set of pen and whitewash drawings are a lovely example of a more relaxed approach.
Framed in dark wood frames, each print is 10" x 14" with an outside framed dimension of 15.25" x 11.25".
