Antique Bishop and Stonier Stoneware Pitcher

This Antique Stoneware Pitcher, crafted by Bishop & Stonier in England, is made of durable, high-quality white ironstone china. Its timeless design make it a perfect addition to any home, serving both practical and aesthetic purposes.  Manufactured sometime in the 1920's or 30's (Stonier was removed from the company in 1939), this piece features a classic wheat pattern and scalloped edging. 

This piece's condition is consistent with age and there is a repair on the pitcher lip (as shown in photos).  There is also an inconsistency in the glaze on one side that we find unusual and quite charming.
