• Adama rugs are very practical and easy to clean using a broom, mop or wet cloth.
• Avoid cleaning with abrasive products or using aggressive detergents.  
• A new rug might require 24 to 48 hours to flatten completely on the floor. 
• Your Adama rug can easily be cleaned with most common robot vacuum cleaners. 
• The rugs are suitable for use in shaded outdoor areas, but you need to avoid direct exposure to sunlight. 
• While these rugs are anti-slip, they are not designed for use in wet environments.

All Adama mats ship for free in Canada and the continental USA.*

Given the truly extensive number of patterns, colours and sizes, we cannot stock them all in store and the majority of mats are produced to order.  Typical turnaround time is 10 to 12 business days plus shipping time.   The mats are shipped from Spain to North America and we will send you a shipping notification as soon as they are on their way to you from their North American arrival point. 

We want you to be delighted with your Adama rug and we are here to help (by email at hello@homesmithhouse.com or by phone at 416-484-3702) should anything not go as planned with your purchase. 

Once you notify us that you would like to return your purchase, we will send you a shipping label for the return.  Refunds will show on your credit card statement within 10 business days of processing.  Return shipping will be deducted from your credit.  Rugs larger than 60 cm x 180 cm are considered custom orders and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
