Our goal is to ensure your package is shipped with great attention to detail and as quickly as possible. 

We are working as quickly as possible to fill all incoming orders while continuing to follow all health and safety protocols.  During particularly busy times it may take 2 to 3 days for your package to be processed and prepared for shipping.  Should there be any extended delay in shipping your item, we will advise you as soon as we possibly can. 

Once your purchase has been processed and packed, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been prepared for shipping and another including your tracking information. 

Please note that once a parcel is picked up by UPS, FedEx or Canpar, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for any delays, missing or lost packages or shipping damage.   Please use the tracking number provided and contact the carrier for any shipping issues.  

Free Shipping on Orders of $150 or more (Canada Only) 

This offer applies to all orders shipped within Canada.  Oversized items such as furniture, large baskets, large art pieces and specialty items are excluded from this offer and subject to additional shipping fees.  Any products except from our free shipping offer indicate that as part of the product description.

Standard Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the shipment. 

Local Delivery 

Local delivery has been calculated within a 2 kilometre radius of our location and is completed within one business day of your order. 

International Shipping 

Any orders to International destinations may result in import fees and duties.  Such costs are the responsibility of the customer.
